Chidiya Udd Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
In short: Chidiya Udd ("the app") is an Android game made by Acrota. The app does not collect any personal information for us, and nothing you do in the app is sent to us. It shows ads from Google AdMob, which uses some information from your phone to show and measure ads; see "Advertising" below.
1.Information stored on your phone
The app saves a few things on your phone so the game works the way you'd expect: your high scores and reflex records, game statistics, your Daily Challenge result, sound and level settings, and the player name you choose for multiplayer. This information stays on your phone. We never receive it. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.
2.Playing with friends nearby
Playing with friends connects phones directly to each other over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, using Google Play services' Nearby Connections. No internet connection is used. When you join or host a room, your chosen player name and your game answers are shared only with the other phones in that room, and only while you are playing. Nothing is stored on any server.
3.Permissions
- Nearby devices, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and local network: used only to find and connect to phones near you for playing with friends.
- Location: Android requires this permission to scan for nearby phones on some versions. The app never reads, stores or shares your location.
- Camera: used only to scan a room's QR code when joining a game. Camera images are not saved or shared.
- Internet: used only to show ads. The game itself, including playing with friends nearby, works without internet.
You can play on your own without granting any of these permissions.
4.Sharing your result
If you tap Share, the app opens your phone's share menu with a short message about your Daily Challenge score. You choose whether and where to send it.
5.Google Play Games
If leaderboards and achievements are available in your version of the app and you choose to use them, your scores and achievements are handled by Google Play Games under Google's Privacy Policy.
6.Advertising
The app shows ads from Google AdMob: a small banner on some menu screens, an optional ad you can choose to watch for a second chance, and now and then a full-screen ad between games. Ads never appear while you're playing, and they are limited to ones suitable for a general audience.
To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google's ads software in the app collects and shares with Google: your phone's advertising ID, your approximate location (worked out from your internet address), information about your phone, how you interact with the ads, and crash and performance information. Google handles this under Google's Privacy Policy; this page explains how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Acrota doesn't receive this information.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and other places where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent the first time, and you can change your choice later under "Ad privacy settings" on the About screen.
- You can reset your advertising ID, or delete it to stop personalised ads, in your phone's Settings under Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads).
- Without an internet connection, no ads are shown and nothing is collected.
Apart from ads, the app has no analytics or tracking tools.
7.Children
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
