The app saves a few things on your phone so the game works the way you'd expect: your settings (sound, music, vibration, graphics and button layout), the player name you choose for playing with others, your best scores, and your progress (level, experience, characters, stats and daily challenge). This information stays on your phone. We never receive it. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.

You can play with friends on the same Wi-Fi network, where phones connect directly to each other, or online, where they connect through Acrota's game server. When you play together, your chosen player name and character, where your character is and what it does in the game, and any team chat messages you type are shared with the other players in that game, so their game can show them.

The game server only passes these messages between the phones in a game. It doesn't read or keep them: nothing is stored once it's passed on. Like any internet server, it uses your phone's internet address to send messages back to it while you're connected, and doesn't keep it afterwards. Its log records only that game rooms were made and closed, and how many are in use.

Other players can see your player name and chat messages, so please don't put personal information in them.

• Internet and network: used only to play with friends, on the same Wi-Fi or online.
• Local network (iPhone): used only to find and connect to games on the same Wi-Fi.
• Vibration: a short buzz when you press a button. You can turn it off in Settings.

The app doesn't use your location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.

The app has no ads and no analytics or tracking tools.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
